Problems solved by technology

[0020] However, in the case of using the existing tuning machine for tuning, it is necessary for the operator to fix the position of the tuning screw 16 with a nut 17 after the tuning operation is completed, so there is still a problem of needing to invest human resources in the tuning operation and consuming time for tightening the nut. question

Embodiment Construction

[0051] The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be realized in various forms, and therefore is not limited to the examples described here.

[0052] In addition, in order to clarify the present invention, parts irrelevant to the description are omitted from the drawings, and similar reference numerals are attached to similar parts throughout the specification.

[0053] Throughout the specification, when it is described that a certain part is "connected" to other parts, it includes not only the case of "direct connection" but also the case of "indirect connection" in which other parts are arranged there.

[0054] Moreover, when it is stated that a certain part "includes" a certain constituent element, it means that other constituent elements may also be included, rather than excluding other constituent elements, provided that there is no other particularly contrary description.

Abstract

The present invention provides a method, a tuning rod and a jig for automatically tuning an RF filter. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tuning rod for automatically tuning an RF filter comprises: an external rod including a body having a cylindrical shape and including an insertion hole formed on one side thereof and an accommodation hole connected to the insertion hole andformed on the other side thereof, an upper stopping protrusion formed on an upper side of the outer circumferential surface of the body, a lower stopping protrusion formed on a lower side of the outer circumferential surface of the body, and a nut coupling unit formed on the inner circumferential surface of a lower side of the accommodation hole; an internal rod which has a rod shape, is insertedinto the external rod to insert one side thereof into the insertion hole (a portion of the one side protrudes from the insertion hole), accommodates the other side thereof in the accommodation hole (an end of the other side protrudes from the accommodation hole), and includes a stopping protrusion formed on a portion of the protruding one side and an elastic member support protrusion formed on the other side thereof; and an elastic member accommodated in the accommodation hole of the external rod in a form of enclosing the internal rod, wherein the other end thereof is supported by the elastic member support protrusion of the internal rod.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a tuning rod and a jig for automatic tuning of an RF filter, and an automatic tuning method for an RF filter using the same. Background technique [0002] RF filters (dielectric resonator filters, cavity filters, waveguide filters, etc.) have a structure of a circuit cavity for high-frequency, especially ultra-high-frequency resonance. General resonant circuits based on coils and capacitors have large radiation losses and are therefore not suitable for forming ultra-high frequencies. [0003] In this regard, the RF filter has a structure in which a metal cylinder or a rectangular parallelepiped cavity (cavity) surrounded by a conductor is formed, and a dielectric resonator (Dielectric Resonator; DR) or a metal rod is arranged inside so that only the natural frequency exists. Electromagnetic field to ensure ultra-high frequency resonance. [0004] This type of RF filter has low insertion loss and contributes to high ou...
