Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0022] Such as Figure 1-2 As shown, an optical window with temperature adaptive function mainly includes a basic flange 1, three flexible structures 2, a window glass 3, a sealing cover 4, a large sealing ring 5, a small sealing ring 6, and six temperature sensors 7. Six heat conducting sheets 8, three electric heating sheets 9, three cooling sheets 10 and a temperature control unit 11.

[0023] The inner ring end face of the basic flange 1 is evenly arranged and fixed along the circumference with three flexible mechanisms 2; each flexible mechanism 2 is connected and fixed to the basic flange 1 by two small screws and two positioning pins respectively. The window glass 3 is an optical flat glass with high surface processing precision, and it is one of the components of the optical detection light path. The edge of the window glass 3 is fixed on the inner r...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optical window with a temperature self-adaptive function and belongs to the field of optical detection. To meet requirements of the prior art, three flexible mechanisms areuniformly arranged and fixed along the circumference of the inner annular end surface of a basic flange; the edge of window glass is fixed on an inner ring of the basic flange; the radial direction ofthe window glass is mounted in a tangency manner with the three flexible mechanisms arranged along the circumference; a sealing cover is connected with the outer ring of the basic flange through bolts; two homocentric annular sealing grooves are formed in the inner side of the sealing cover; a large sealing ring and a small sealing ring are respectively placed in two sealing grooves; six temperature sensors are uniformly arranged on the sealing cover along the circumference; the temperature sensors contact optical glass to measure the temperatures of the optical glass; on a radial end surfaceof the optical glass, six heat conduction pieces are uniformly linked at an interval of 60 degrees; three electric heating pieces and three refrigeration pieces are alternatively arranged on adjacentheat conduction pieces; a temperature control unit mainly comprises a single chip microcomputer and is connected with six temperature sensors, three electric heating pieces and three refrigeration pieces.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an optical window with temperature self-adaptive function, which belongs to the field of optical detection. This technology with temperature self-adaptive function adopts the combination of passive temperature compensation and active temperature control, which can better control the influence of temperature changes on the shape of the optical window and achieve the effect of improving the accuracy of optical detection. Background technique [0002] Studies have shown that temperature changes have a greater impact on the image quality of photoelectric imaging systems. All optoelectronic imaging systems need to have a specific temperature operating range. Under special circumstances, they need to work normally in a temperature environment of -40°C to 50°C, and attention must be paid to the impact of temperature changes on image quality. Therefore, placing the optical imaging system in a real temperature environment for image qua...
