Embodiment Construction

[0044] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0045] See attached figure 1 As shown, the sagger crack detection method based on the fan-shaped neighborhood difference histogram described in this embodiment includes the following steps:

[0046] S1: Collect the surface grayscale image of the sagger to be inspected through a CCD industrial camera or other image acquisition devices;

[0047] S2: Preprocess the grayscale image of the collected sagger surface to obtain a binary image of the sagger surface composed of crack pixels and non-crack pixels. The steps are as follows:

[0048] S201: Details extraction, perform median filtering on the surface image I(i,j) of the sagger to be detected collected in step S1, filter the details, and obtain the image background I b (i,j), then subtract the image I from the image I(i,j) b (i, j) to get the detail image I d (i, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a sagger crack detection method based on a fan-shaped neighborhood difference histogram. The method includes: acquiring a surface image of a to-be-detected sagger; roughly extracting a crack binary image with a lot of noise through detail extraction and threshold segmentation; constructing a fan-shaped filter according to characteristics of spatial aggregation features anddirection features of crack pixels in the neighborhood, and convolving the fan-shaped filter with the image to obtain the fan-shaped neighborhood difference histogram; analyzing the crack distributionprobability feature difference between the crack pixels and non-crack pixels by using the fan-shaped neighborhood difference histogram, and separating the crack pixels from the non-crack pixels, andrealizing extraction of cracks; and obtaining an evaluation factor reflecting the degree of cracking by extracting global and local length and area features of the cracks, and evaluating the crackingdegree level. The invention can realize accurate and complete detection effect on various types of cracks on a bottom surface of the complex sagger, and can be applied to the automatic detection of the cracks of the sagger.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of image processing, in particular to a method for detecting cracks in saggers based on fan-shaped neighborhood difference histograms. Background technique [0002] In the actual production of ternary lithium battery cathode materials, high-temperature solid-phase synthesis is generally used. It directly mixes the required raw materials in a solid state by means of mechanical stirring, ball milling or tablet pressing, and then roasts at high temperature, and after cooling, crushes and sieves to obtain the desired product. The carrier used in the high-temperature calcination process of the positive electrode material is a sagger. However, the positive electrode material is corrosive to the sagger at high temperature, and the saggers that have been used several times will have cracks on the bottom surface to varying degrees. The saggers with serious defects should be replaced in time, otherwise the quality of the posit...
