The control system comprises a server, a waste water analysis module, a waste water treatment module, a valve control module, a waste water quality detection module and an early warning module; the server is used for receiving water quality information transmitted by a waste water quality detection module, setting a threshold value of a water quality detection item and transmitting an instruction; the waste water analysis module is used for analyzing the waste water information stored in the server; the waste water treatment module comprises a filter tank, a primary settling tank, a microorganism treatment tank and a secondary settling tank, waste water enters the filter tank by virtue of a pipeline, and the pipeline is provided with a valve; the valve control module is electrically connected with a valve in the waste water treatment module and used for opening and closing the valve; and the waste water quality detection module is used for detecting various water quality information of waste water in real time and transmitting the information to the server.
