Abstract

The invention discloses a cold-resistant ABS-PC (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene-Polycarbonate) blend material formula. Every 100 parts of ABS resin is prepared from 15 to 18 parts of PC, 2 to 3 partsof LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) heat-resistant agent, 4 to 8 parts of PS-g-MAH, 0.2 to 0.3 part of HSt and 3 to 6 parts of dioctyl adipate (DOA). The cold-resistant ABS-PC blend material formula significantly improves the low temperature resistance.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a polymer composite material formula, in particular to an ABS and PC blend material formula. Background technique [0002] ABS and PC blending materials combine the properties of ABS and PC, but the low temperature resistance needs to be improved. Summary of the invention [0003] Aiming at the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention proposes a cold-resistant ABS and PC blend material formula that can significantly improve low-temperature resistance. [0004] The present invention achieves the technical goals through the following technical solutions. [0005] The cold-resistant ABS, PC blending material formula, its improvement lies in: each 100 parts of ABS resin is equipped with: 15-18 parts of PC, 2~3 parts of LCP heat-resistant agent, 4-8 parts of PS-g-MAH, 0.2 ~0.3 parts of HSt, 3-6 parts of dioctyl adipate (DOA). [0006] Preferably, for every 100 parts of ABS resin: 16-17 parts of PC, 2~2.5 parts of LCP heat-resista...
