The method mainly includes the following steps: the landfill leachate enters an anoxic pond after being pretreated, and the effluent from the anoxic pond enters a biological contact oxidation pond. The activated denitrifying bacteria are added to the anoxic pool, and the activated compound aerobic bacteria and compound nitrifying bacteria are added to the biological contact oxidation pool. A mixed liquid reflux device is provided between the anoxic tank and the biological contact oxidation tank to return the nitrifying liquid in the biological contact oxidation tank. The mud-water mixture treated by the biological contact oxidation tank enters the MBR unit, and the MBR unit separates the mud-water mixture. The effluent from the MBR unit passes through the nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane systems and then discharges up to the standard.
