The invention discloses an electromagnetic ultrasonic wave double-wave energy converter, which comprises a shell, a permanent magnet component, a coil, a shielding layer and a traverse, wherein the permanent magnet component, the coil, the shielding layer and the traverse are arranged in the shell; the permanent magnet component comprises a first permanent magnet and a second permanent magnet sheathed to the first permanent magnet; the magnetizing direction of the first permanent magnet and the magnetizing direction of the second permanent magnet are both vertical to the bottom of the shell, the magnetic field directions of the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet are opposite, a non-conducting non-magnet-conduction bush material is arranged between the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet, and the upper end surface of the first permanent magnet and the upper end surface of the second permanent magnet realize magnetic circuit closing through a magnetic circuit closing element; and the coil is fixed on the bottom of the shell and is positioned below the first permanent magnet, the shielding layer is arranged between the lower end of the first permanent magnet and the coil and bellow the second permanent magnet, one end of the traverse is connected to the coil, and the other end is connected to a power supply and a signal plug.
