Abstract

The invention provides a connector assembly fault state detection method and system. The method comprises the following steps: accessing a resistance material on a connector assembly to a voltage collecting circuit, and acquiring voltages at two ends of the resistance material on the connector assembly through the voltage collecting circuit; computing an insertion range of the resistance materialon the connector assembly according to the voltage acquired in the voltage collecting step; comparing the insertion range of the resistance material on the connector assembly with the total range of the resistance material on the connector assembly when the connector assembly is completely inserted, judging whether the connector assembly is in a disconnection or loosening fault. The resistance material on the connector assembly is equivalently accessed to a sliding rheostat in the voltage collecting circuit along the loosening change of the connector assembly, and the voltages at two ends of the resistance material on the connector assembly are acquired through the voltage collecting step, thereby computing the insertion resistance of the resistance material when the resistance material onthe connector assembly is accessed to the voltage collecting circuit, and then computing the insertion range of the resistance material on the connector assembly, and accordingly judging whether theconnector assembly is in disconnection or loosening fault.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of connectors, in particular to a method and system for detecting a fault state of a connector. Background technique [0002] At present, the country is vigorously developing new energy vehicles, of which electric vehicles occupy a large part. An important feature of an electric vehicle is that it is equipped with a high-voltage system that can ensure sufficient power performance. Once the high voltage is short-circuited with the body, it will endanger the life of the driver. Therefore, the connection of high-voltage devices must be reliable and must not be loose or disconnected. [0003] For the connection determination of high-voltage devices, high-voltage interlocking is mostly used now, but once there is an open circuit after high-voltage power-on, safety protection cannot be carried out, that is to say, high-voltage interlock is mainly to ensure the integrity of circuit connection before high-voltage po...
