Abstract

The invention discloses a method for dynamic linkage control of an autonomous production process of an intelligent workshop based on digital twin. The method comprises the following steps of (1) constructing a digital twin model of an intelligent workshop entity in an information space, and establishing a virtual and actual mapping relation between an entity and the model; (2) establishing a bidirectional data transmission channel to realize virtual and actual linkage; (3) acquiring real-time state data of manufacturing resources and uploading the real-time state data to the digital twin modeland updating; (4) carrying out real-time simulation on an operation state of the intelligent workshop, and calling an algorithm to predict an optimal solution of a machine tool task arrangement sequence and executing a machine tool number of the next procedure; (5) analyzing the optimal solution, and issuing to each manufacturing resource entity in the intelligent workshop in a form of a production instruction through a bidirectional data transmission channel; and (6) repeating the steps (3) to (5) until all the working procedures of a workpiece are processed.
