Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid crystal composition and a photoelectric element, the composition comprising a first component and a second component. By metering with weight percentage, the first component accounts for 17% to 36.5%, the second component accounts for 63.5% to 83%, and the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100%. The liquid crystal composition provided by the invention can achieve lower viscosity, higher delta epsilon, appropriate optical anisotropy, lower threshold voltage, higher VHR, good reliability and thermal stability, and excellent low temperature reliability, which solves the dual requirements of the novel display mode and low temperature reliability. The liquid crystal composition can be stably stabilized at temperature of -40 DEG C, and is provided for TN-TFT (twisted nematic phase), IPS (planar conversion), FFS (fringe field conversion), PSA (polymerization) mode liquid crystal display device and a reinforced liquid crystal display device, which greatly widens the application of liquid crystal display in engineering, outdoor, high altitude, high latitude and severe working conditions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid crystal materials, and in particular relates to a liquid crystal composition and a photoelectric element. Background technique [0002] As is well known in the art, a single liquid crystal compound cannot satisfy all requirements, so the liquid crystal material used for flat panel display is usually composed of 5 to 20 liquid crystal compounds with different characteristics mixed in a certain proportion. For example, there are both polar liquid crystal compound components and non-polar liquid crystal compound components; there are liquid crystal components with high clearing point, and there are liquid crystal components with low clearing point and low viscosity. After the formula is formed, it can learn from each other to obtain the best display performance, and it can be used as a commercial liquid crystal display terminal. However, among all kinds of flat panel displays, liquid crystal displays...
