The method comprises a step of analyzing original data according to a multi-beam model, a step of restoring water body sample points, carrying out sampling point restoring processing on each piece of Ping data such that an echo intensity value restores to a true geographical location, a step of averagingmultiple pieces of Ping water body data, carrying out averaging on the multiple pieces of Ping water body data according to a positional relationship of sampling points, calculating the average echointensity of each sampling point, and checking whether a value is reasonable or not, a step of calculating an uniform seawater echo intensity, separately calculating each piece of Ping data and selecting central beam water body data with less interference and no obvious feature target, a step of extracting seabed echo and filtering specular reflection interference and receiving sidelobe interference, and a step of outputting data, drawing an image map of a multi-beam water body and a cross section of the multi-beam water body along a heading direction, and comparing processing results.
