Abstract

The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant electric diaphragm with a large dynamic adjustment range. The electric diaphragm comprises a diaphragm bottom plate and a diaphragm top plate. A diaphragm sliding plate is installed in a chute formed in the diaphragm bottom plate in a sliding manner; a notch in an exponential function curve shape is formed at one end, facing the space between anupper light through hole and a lower light through hole, of the diaphragm sliding plate; and the diaphragm sliding plate is driven by a stepping motor to slide to the notch for coverage between the upper light through hole and the lower light through hole. According to the invention, with the novel notch in an exponential function curve shape at the diaphragm sliding plate, large dynamic range adjustment is realized; some parts are made of high-temperature-resistant heat insulating material being a polyimide material originally, so that core parts like the stepping motor are protected well; and on the basis of the cooling piece type design for the diaphragm bottom plate, the heat transferred by the diaphragm port can be dissipated well. Because of the stepping motor, the positional accuracy is high.
