Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit for controlling heat generation of a power amplifier under low temperature, which is suitable for a power amplifier with an output buffer circuit. The circuit comprises a power amplifier module, a buffer module, a heating module and a temperature detection module. The power amplifier module receives the input signal, amplifies the input signal, and outputs the amplified signal after passing through the buffer module. The buffer module includes a first capacitor and a first resistor. The temperature detection module includes a temperature control switch and a preset threshold. The temperature detection module detects the outside temperature. When the temperature monitoring value is lower than the threshold value, the power amplifier module is turned off andthe heating module is turned on to heat the buffer module. When the temperature monitoring value is higher than the threshold value, the power amplifier module is turned on and the heating module isturned off, so that the power amplifier can be in normal operation. When the external temperature is low and the power amplifier can not start or work normally, the circuit is pre-heated by using thecircuit characteristics , has low cost and is simple, and can be widely used in cold areas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electronic circuits, in particular to a circuit for controlling self-heating of a power amplifier with an output buffer circuit at low temperature. Background technique [0002] Power amplifiers have a wide range of applications in production and life, involving different fields and regions. In most cases, since high temperature will cause irreversible damage to some components in the power amplifier, heat dissipation has always been a problem that must be paid attention to from the design to the use of the power amplifier. However, in some alpine regions and special application scenarios, the heat dissipation of the power amplifier is no longer the main problem, and how to make the power amplifier start and work normally has become the biggest problem. [0003] In the prior art, most power amplifiers include filter circuits and buffer circuits, etc., and the values of components in these circuits are usually ma...
