Problems solved by technology

[0008] The above-mentioned existing sediment disposal measures are not ideal for sediment disposal and resource utilization because of high processing costs, large land occupation, high investment costs, or low disposal efficiency. Finding a way out for sediment in a safe and environmentally friendly way, and realizing resource utilization is the main research direction of sediment disposal at present
Bottom mud pottery, on the one hand, finds a way out for resource utilization of bottom mud, and on the other hand, the ceramsite produced can be returned to water environment treatment. And the specific surface area is not large enough, the adsorption capacity and water purification are not strong enough, and the affinity for microorganisms is not high enough, resulting in poor effect in practical application, and also limits the large-scale application of bottom mud pottery to a certain extent

[0042] The preparation steps of the functional ceramic membrane material of the present invention include: a raw material preparation step; mud refining and extrusion molding steps; drying; high-temperature roasting; wherein, magnetic materials are added to the raw materials. The amount of magnetic material added is added according to different raw materials and needs, and its added amount can be between 0.1%-20% by weight of raw materials.

[0043] As a further improvement of the present invention, the high-temperature baked ceramic membrane material is placed in a static magnetic field, an alternating magnetic field, a pulsating magnetic field, and a pulsed magnetic field generator for magnetization treatment for more than 0.0001 second. The time of the magnetization treatment usually depends on the voltage of the magnetic field generator, the power of the magnetic field generator, the amount of magnetic material or its precursor added in the ceramic membrane material, and th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel functional ceramic membrane material and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the following steps: preparation of raw materials, and mixing of the raw materials; pugging, and extrusion molding; drying; and high temperature calcinations, wherein the raw materials contain a magnetic material. The magnetic material added in the invention can improve the adsorption of heavy metals and the catalytic activity on pollutants; and the magnetic field enhancement and acidic surface treatment greatly improve the hydroxylation rate, the hydrophilicity and the microorganism affinity of the surface of the prepared ceramic membrane material. The multifunctional ceramic membrane material prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high strength, large pore and specific surface area, strong magnetic and catalytic activity, strong adsorption capability, good microorganism affinity and excellent water purification effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a functional ceramic membrane material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The river sediment is mainly composed of clay, silt, organic matter and other minerals, which are deposited at the bottom of the water body after long-term water transport, physical, chemical, biological and other actions. River sediment is not only the central link in the nutrient cycle of rivers, but also the main accumulation pool of nutrients, persistent organic pollutants and heavy metals. Even if the exogenous sources are effectively controlled, the release of sediments by biological or irrational factors may still cause the water body to maintain eutrophication or continue to deteriorate the water quality for a long period of time. Sediment dredging completely removes pollutants from the water system, which can greatly reduce the pollution contribution rate of sediment to the floating water body, and then solve the sec...
