The invention discloses a method for extracting effective component of angelica sinensis by a percolating technology, and belongs to the technical field of extraction of effective components of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. The method comprises the following steps: crushing; soaking; percolating for the first time; percolating for the second time; percolating for the third time; and collecting percolating liquid. According to the method, previous percolating liquid containing more effective components of the medicinal materials is used in the next preparation of a drug, and the restpercolating liquid containing fewer effective components of the medicinal materials is used as an extracting solvent of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in a second percolating barrel in order to realize recycling; the percolating liquid which is previously collected and contains more effective components of the medicinal materials in the second percolating barrel is continuously usedin the next preparation of the drug; the rest percolating liquid is used in the extracting solvent of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in a third percolating barrel, and the cyclic is repeated.
