Abstract

The method includes the following steps: when thelinear variable differential transformer LVDT needs to be tuned, if tuning that needs to be performed is not first tuning of the LVDT, a current machine code value of the LVDT is obtained; whether a difference values between the current machine code value and a standard machine code value is within a preset error range is judged, if yes, it is determined that the LVDT is not required to be tuned,and if not, positions of the current machine code value and the standard machine code value separately corresponding to the LVDT are determined, the LVDT is adjusted from the corresponding position ofthe current machine code value to the corresponding position of the standard machine code value, and the tuning of the LVDT is completed, wherein the standard machine code value is the machine code value of the LVDT after the first tuning is completed. The method is simple in operation, and the tuning of the LVDT can be completed without professional personnel; and the reliability of the tuning is improved.
