Abstract

The application discloses a motor controller and a sampling signal processing method thereof, thereby detecting whether a random hardware failure occurs in a sampling circuit. The motor controller comprises a sampling circuit and a microprocessor. The sampling circuit includes two sampling units with same circuit structures; input terminals of the two sampling units are connected with any two linevoltage output terminals of the motor controller one by one; and the main circuit of each sampling unit is divided into two branch circuits at a preset node and the two branch circuits are connectedto the microprocessor, wherein the two branch circuits in the same sampling unit have different circuit structures.
