Problems solved by technology

Zhu Yongguan et al. pointed out that in the process of remediation practice, in the process of remediation practice, the biomass of the above-ground parts of the plants is small and the growth is slow, and the total amount of polluted heavy metals will actually be taken away by the super-accumulator plants. For the disadvantages such as small size and too long remediation cycle, please refer to: Zhu Yongguan, Chen Baodong, Lin Aijun, etc. Some thoughts on the control and remediation of soil heavy metal pollution in the Pearl River Delta. Journal of Environmental Science, 2005, 25(12):1575-1579, with Scholars believe that these small hyperaccumulators have little economic and utilization value for the remediation of heavy metal pollution in soil

Embodiment 1

[0024] A method for repairing cadmium-contaminated farmland soil by using Herbgrass Guimu No. 1, the steps are:

[0025] A. A typical small agricultural watershed in Hunan where cadmium (Cd) exceeds the standard. The Guimu No. 1 forage planting plot experiment was set up in the watershed. Exceeding the standard by 3 or 4 times, the soil pH value of each experimental plot was 4.4 or 5.2 or 5.8 or 6.4 or 6.7, respectively, and the pH value was slightly acidic. The research area was designated as a heavy metal pollution fallow control area in early 2018.

[0026] B. Select the experimental plot to prepare the ground first, plow 10cm deep furrows, row spacing 50cm, and apply ammonium sulfate at 300kg / ha as base fertilizer.

[0027] C. Cut the above-ground stems of Guimu No. 1 at the breeding age into about 40cm seed stems with 2 stem nodes, put them horizontally into the plowed 10cm furrow with a plant spacing of 15cm, and cover with soil. Because the soil is moist during sowing, ...

Embodiment 2

[0038] A method for repairing cadmium-contaminated farmland soil by using Herbgrass Guimu No. 1, the steps are:

[0039] (1) In the middle and late April when the average daily temperature rises to 18-20°, cut the grass stems suitable for reproduction into seed stems of about 40 cm (with 2 stem nodes), plow a furrow about 10 cm deep after soil preparation, and apply Nitrogen fertilizer ammonium sulfate, 300kg / ha, then place the stems horizontally in the ditch with a plant-to-plant spacing of about 15cm and a row spacing of about 50cm, and cover with soil. If the soil moisture content is greater than 18%, no watering is required. If the soil moisture content is lower than 18%, it needs to be watered after covering with soil to ensure the germination rate.

[0040] (2) the pasture grass after the step (1) is planted, in July and September of the first year, topdressing nitrogen fertilizer is divided into 2 times (once a month), and the nitrogen fertilizer is ammonium sulfate, an...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for restoring cadmium polluted farmland soil by using pennisetum purpureum cv .Guimu-1. The method comprises the following steps that (1), the pennisetum purpureum cv.Guimu-1 is planted on the soil in a cadmium polluted farmland fallow area, watering is carried out after soil covering, and the sprouting rate is ensured; (2), nitrogen fertilizer is applied to the planted grass in stages, wherein ammonium sulfate is applied for each time; (3), for the pennisetum purpureum cv .Guimu-1, starting from the second year, nitrogen fertilizer is applied in stages in April, July and September every year; (4), the nitrogen fertilizer used is unit fertilizer which is mainly nitrogen, has N marked amount and is applied to soil to provide plant nitrogen nutrition; (5), the perennial and high-biomass hybrid pennisetum purpureum cv .Guimu-1 is adopted as a restoration plant, and high-efficiency restoration is carried out for consecutive years; and (6), after the restoration project is completed, deep tillage is carried out, the developed root system of the Guimu No.1 is removed, the cadmium content in the soil is reduced, and after cutting and removing several times every year, the activity and total cadmium content in the soil are gradually reduced. The method is easy to implement, easy and convenient to operate, low in cost and capable of effectively removingheavy metal cadmium from polluted farmland soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of heavy metal cadmium (Cd) polluted phytoremediation, and more particularly relates to a method for phytoremediation of farmland soil cadmium (Cd) polluted by using perennial large biomass forage grass. Background technique [0002] Heavy metal pollution in China's farmland soil has become a major agricultural ecological environment problem, see: Zhao Qiguo, Huang Guoqin, Ma Yanqin. Problems and countermeasures faced by the red soil ecosystem in southern China. Journal of Ecology, 2013, 33(24): 7615-7622; Wu Tongliang, Wang Yujun, Chen Huaiman, et al. Based on the bibliometric analysis of the research hotspots of environmental soil science in 2016 [J]. Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, 2017,36(2):205-215. In recent years, a large number of farmland soil heavy metal pollution passivation, remediation technology and demonstration research have been carried out at home and abroad, aiming at alleviating...
