Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for estimating a random case, and a computer readable storage medium, belongs to the field of medical imaging. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an axial position coordinate of the target layer of a scanned object and each response line of a detector at a target time, wherein the axial position coordinate is used to determine the axial position of a detector unit corresponding to the response line; obtaining a start time and a departure time of the target layer of the scanned object passing each response line; according to the start time, the departure time, and the axial position coordinate, determining a count rate of the detector unit corresponding to the response line in a counting period; estimating the number of random cases of the target layer of the scanned object basing on the count rate. According to the method and device for estimating the random case, and the computer readable storage medium, each detector unitcount and the different axial positions of the scanned object are corresponded according to the change of the relative positions of the scanned object and the detector with time so as to accurately estimate the random case corresponding to the different axial positions of the scanned object.
