Abstract

The invention discloses a mold structure. The structure comprises a mold core and an insert core, wherein the mold core has a texture portion forming a texture face of a product; and the insert core has a polishing portion forming the polished face of the product, and the insert core and the mold core are assembled and combined. Due to the fact that the texture portion forming the texture face ofthe product and the polishing portion forming the polished face of the product are correspondingly arranged on the mold core and the insert core, assembling is performed after independent machining isperformed, and mutual damage during machining cannot be caused; and meanwhile, due to the fact that assembling is performed after independent machining, R corners generated due to discharging machining are also avoided, and the requirement of a client for a sharp corner at a juncture position is met.
