Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of coated chemical materials, in particular to a preparation method and application of an inclusion complex of n-B18H22 and cyclodextrin. The method comprises the following steps: weighing the n-B18H22 and cyclodextrin; preparing an n-B18H22 acetonitrile solution; preparing a cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution; adding the n-B18H22 acetonitrile solution into the cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution, stirring until the solution is uniform, and refrigerating the solution for 12 hours till a turbid yellow solid appears; and performing suction filtering and drying in vacuum to obtain the inclusion complex product. The saturated product of the invention can be applied to transferring in the aqueous solution, fluorescent labelingand related reactions (such as preparation of derivatives thereof) and the like. The inclusion complex disclosed by the invention inhibits the hydrolysis of n-B18H22, and the stability in the aqueoussolution is greatly improved. When beta-CD and n-B18H22 coexist, light absorption of n-B18H22 is not interfered. A new way is developed for research and application of the n-B18H22 in the aqueous solution.
