Abstract

The invention provides a method and an apparatus for switching a link of a wireless repeater, a device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of: when uplinks on frequency bands greaterthan a preset number are in a connection successful state, acquiring a Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) of an uplink connection signal of a first frequency band, wherein a theoretical transmission speed of the first frequency band is greater than other frequency bands; and if the RRIS of the uplink connection signal of the first frequency band is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, setting the first frequency band as a main link and the other frequency bands as standby links. According to the method provided by the invention, the traditional method for switching the link ofthe wireless repeater is improved, and the wireless repeater does not work at a single frequency band all the time but is located in a scene with a fastest transmission speed as much as possible; andthus the due performances of the wireless repeater are exerted as much as possible and the experience of a user to the wireless repeater is improved.
