Abstract

The steel strip manufacturing method comprises the following steps of treating provided molten steel so as to obtain a to-be-treated billet with chamfering structures at the edge; feeding the to-be-treated billet into a heating furnace for soaking treatment to form the finished billet, and sending out; and rolling the finished billet to form a finished steel strip. According to the steel strip manufacturing method, the edge of the to-be-treated billet is made into a shape withchamfering structures, so that the phenomenon that the edge of the billet has flanges similar with a billet with the right-angle-structure edge in the prior art is avoided; therefore, after the to-be-treated billet is subjected to an pickling process, the thin-line defect at the edge part can be overcome to a great extent, so that the appearance of the finished steel strip is effectively beautified; and meanwhile, the service life of a stamping grinding tool for treating the finished steel strip can be effectively prolonged.
