The device comprises a test bench; the test bench is provided with a negative pressure generator, a throttle valvebody fixing device, a flow calibration system, a control unit, a computer, an information input device and a power source; the negative pressure generator is connected with a throttle valve to be tested through a pipeline; the throttle valve body fixing device is used for relatively fixing the throttle valve to be tested and the test bench; the control unit is provided with at least two signal input ends and at least one signal output end, wherein at least one of the signal input ends is in signal connection with a flow sensor, the other signal input end is in signal connection with to the test port signal of the throttle valve to be tested, and the at least one signal output end is in signal connection with the negative pressure generator; the computer exchanges information with the control unit; the computer displays flow calibration information through a display screen; the information input device is connected with the computer; and the power source supplies power to the control unit and the computer.
