The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the halogen-free special screw base material; the method comprises the steps of firstly, forging, and carrying out heat treatment and mechanical processingto obtain the screw core; then, preparing powder and pressing to form a tubular blank, heating the blank in a high temperature furnace for melting and expanding, extruding the screw core into an innercavity of the tubular blank, enabling the blank to cover the surface of the screw core, then loading the screw core coated with the blank into a mould and carrying out hot press sintering for molding; then, slowly cooling to the room temperature with the furnace, taking out the product and grinding to obtain the screw base material.
