The heat balance system comprises a first energy recovery device and a second energy recovery device. The first energy recovery device comprises a first water storage tank, a foundation pile and a first heat-exchange pipeline, wherein the foundation pileis connected to the lower part of the building structure of the residence; and the first heat-exchange pipeline is connected to the first water storage tank and can exchange heat with the foundation pile so as to heat water in the first heat-exchange pipeline to a temperature within a first temperature range.
