A motor, a gear and agear rack mechanism are used for realizing instantaneous torsion shearing; the motor, an eccentric wheel and a rocking bar mechanism are used for realizing circulating torsion shearing; a gear rack weight is loaded to generate a constant torque and realize creep torsion shearing; a gear rack is provided with a displacement reference surface and a change condition of a torsion angle of the pile oranchor and rock-soil body interface is monitored through monitoring the horizontal displacement of the gear rack.
