The method comprises the steps of determining relative position information of each of a first base station, a second base station and a third base station, and a label arranged on the working machine; determining an X axis and a Y axis according to a moving range edge line of the working machine so as to determine an electronic coordinate system; and according to determined coordinate positions of the first base station, the second base station and the third base station in the electronic coordinate system and the relative position information of each base station and the label, determining the position of the working machine in the greenhouse. The three base stations are arranged;the relative position information between each base station and the label arranged on the working machine is determined; and the coordinates of each base station in the coordinate system and the actual position of each base station in the greenhouse are determined, so that the accurate position of the working machine in the greenhouse can be determined.
