Abstract

The invention discloses an ageing testing box of an adjustable air flue system. The ageing testing box comprises a case, a cabinet door, a ventilating connecting seat, a control box, a supporting leg,a pulley, an electric control cabinet, a control panel, a check door, a vent hole, an air blower, a fixed seat, a side air flue, ventilating round holes, a supporting plate, a bracket and a testing inner cavity. The ageing testing box is characterized in that the supporting leg is arranged at the most bottom part of the whole structure, the testing inner cavity is formed above the air blower, andthe ventilating round holes are formed uniformly in the middle of the bracket. By supporting the case and the control box through the supporting leg, blades of the air blower rotate after being electrified to form an air flow. During a high-temperature test, an air flow passes through the bracket through the ventilating round holes to carry out a high-temperature test of a product. The air flow is transferred to the fixed seat from side air flues on two sides and is finally returned to the air blower so as to form an internal recycle. The testing inner cavity not only can be used for a high-temperature test, but also can be used for a cooling test, so that the box is wide in application range. The ageing testing box also has the characteristics of being low in manufacturing cost, firm anddurable and flexible to connect the members.
