Abstract

The invention discloses a fast-start chip power supply including a bandgap reference source, a startup path, a counter, and a reset selector. The startup path includes a first resistor and a second resistor, the first resistor is connected to an external power supply, one end of the second resistor is connected to the first resistor, the other end of the second resistor is grounded, and the firstresistor and the second resistor form a series voltage dividing circuit. The bandgap reference source is used for generating a stable reference voltage and is connected to the counter. After reachinga programmed delay time, the counter generates a switching signal and outputs the switching signal to a multiple-path selector to switch a switching path. A first path of the multiple-path selector isconnected to a series divided voltage generated by the startup path, a second path is connected to a bandgap reference source voltage, the switching switch path selects a path voltage according to the switching signal and outputs the path voltage to a power supply object.
