A detector and a laser transmitter are provided at a front end outside the absorbing tank tube.A plurality of gas pipe joints are provided on the wall of the absorbing tank tube. According to the invention, a laser multi-reflecting and absorbing tank is used as a sampling and measuring gas chamber; the front cavity mirror and the rear cavity mirror are provided to form a multi-reflecting optical path, and accordingly, compared with an absorbing optical path of the in-situ detection, an absorbing optical path thereof is increased by several times, thereby being capable of improving the measuring precision. The laser multi-reflecting and absorbing tank is mounted in a heating cabinet boxpreprocessed at a high temperature, and the laser transmitter and the detector are placed outside the heating cabinet box and are connected with a monitor main body via an optical fiber and a cable.
