Abstract
The invention discloses a device and method for treating phenylamine wastewater. The device for treating the phenylamine wastewater comprises a reactor. The reactor is provided with a water inlet pipeand a water outlet pipe. The reactor is internally provided with a bottom layer aerating pipe and a middle layer aerating pipe with an aerating device. The bottom layer aerating pipe and the middle layer aerating pipe are connected with an ozone generator. The aerating device is one or two combinations of a micropore aerating head or a nano aerating device. The reactor is internally provided withan ORP instrument and a pH instrument. The reactor is further connected with an alkali liquor adding device and an acid liquor adding device. The alkali liquor adding device, the acid liquor adding device, the ORP instrument, the pH instrument and the ozone generator are connected with a PLC automatic controller. The invention further discloses a method for treating the phenylamine wastewater byusing the device. The treating method is capable of prolonging contact time with phenylamine molecules, and improving service efficiency of ozone molecules, thereby oxidative-degrading the phenylaminewastewater, wherein effluent can reach an emission standard completely.
