The method comprises the following steps of firstly putting the lithium ion battery into a constant-temperatureenvironment, and standing for a set time; performing constant-current charging on the battery until the battery is fully charged; performing constant-current discharging on the battery, and measuringdynamic impedance of the battery once after a charge state value of the lithium ion battery is lowered by a set value in the discharging process; dynamic impedance graphs of different charge states are made according to the obtained dynamic impedance of the battery; an equivalent circuit is established, and the dynamic impedance of the battery is fitted according to the equivalent circuit to obtain fitted data; and constant phase angle element parameters in the fitted data are extracted, and the charge state of the lithium ion battery is calculated out according to the constant phase angle element parameters.
