Abstract

X-ray diffraction results show that the thin strip is of a fully amorphous state structure, the differential thermal scanning analysis technique shows that an amorphous transition temperature, a crystallization temperature and the melting point of the thin strip are 385 DEG C, 438 DEG C and 880 DEG C separately, the strip prepared from the components has superplastic deformation capacity within a wide supercooled liquid phase region range, the contact area between an intermediate layer and a base material can be greatly improved, and the strength of a welded joint obtained by using the thin strip can exceed 300Mpa.
