The invention discloses a railway carriage water supply mechanical arm which comprises a rotating mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a telescopic mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism is mounted above a rotary platform; the telescopic mechanism is mounted on the lifting mechanism; the telescopic mechanism comprises a telescopic mechanism mounting plate which is mounted on a lifting sliding plate; side plates are mounted on both sides of the telescopic mechanism mounting plate; a third driving motor is mounted on the outer side of one side plate; parallel telescopic screw rods and a telescopic guide track are arranged between the two side plates; the output shaft of the third driving motor is connected with the telescopic screw rods; a sliding block is mounted on the telescopic screw rods and the telescopic guide track in match; a clamping mechanism for clamping a water tube mouth is mounted on the sliding block.
