The method comprises the following steps: calculating infinitesimal shearing force of the front cutter surface of the ball end milling cutter of which the rear cutter surface is abraded; building a stress distribution model of the abraded rear cutter surface of theball end milling cutter to obtain the stress distribution model of the rear cutter surface; building a friction stress model based on friction effect of the rear cutter surface of the ball end millingcutter; calculating the milling force coefficients of planar slot cutting; and calculating the milling force of the abraded rear cutter surface of the ball end milling cutter based on the milling force coefficient, the stress distribution model of the rear cutter surface and the frictions tress model.
