Abstract

The invention discloses a closure device for avoiding marginal bone loss around a dental implant. The closure device comprises an alveolar bone, a gum, the implant and a healing base. The gum is placed on the upper part of the alveolar bone, and the alveolar bone below the gum is provided with the implant. A healing membrane annular structure is arranged around the joint between the healing base at the bottom of the gum and the implant, the inside of the gum is provided with the healing base, and the implant stretches out of the gum through the healing base to be exposed to the oral cavity, the upper part of the implant is provided with the healing base, and the healing base forms a biological closure with the gum by the smooth surface. During a non-buried bone horizontal dental implant operation, a bone sealing ring can be formed around the implant under the healing base by utilizing a healing membrane to effectively block soft tissues from growing into the gap between the implant andthe bone wall, promote the metabolism of the edge or neck bone tissues and avoid the marginal bone loss. The device provides a new way of biological closure of the implant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological sealing around dental implants, in particular to a sealing device for avoiding bone resorption around the dental implants. Background technique [0002] Oral implants are also known as dental implants, also known as artificial tooth roots. It is surgically implanted into the upper and lower jaws of the missing teeth of the human body, and after the surgical wound heals, a device for repairing dentures is installed on its upper part. New definition: Dental implants are dentures supported by artificial tooth roots. Implants that replace natural tooth roots are implanted into the jawbone to obtain restorations similar to tooth retention. After traditional implants are placed in the oral cavity, there is no effective way to prevent the soft tissue in the gums from growing into the gap between the implant neck and the bone wall and then form a fibrous bond with the implant, resulting in the failure...
