The fabricated underground water taking device comprises a tubewell passing through an underground clay stratum and a water-containing layer; the tube well is provided with filtering holes on the tube wall of the water-containing layer; a pump room is arranged above the tube well; a water manifold is arranged in the tube well; a head part of the water manifold is positioned in the tube well on the water-containing layer section; a tail part of the water manifold is positioned in the pump room, and is connected with a water taking pump; underground water pumped by the water taking pump flows into an inner pool via the water manifold; a valve is mounted atthe water outlet end of the water manifold; an outer pool is arranged on the periphery of the inner pool; a purification wall is arranged between the inner pool and the outer pool; and purification bins are arranged at intervals in the purification wall.
