Abstract

An embodiment of the invention relates to a device and a method for removing starch from rice grains and an electric cooker. The device for removing the starch from the rice grains comprises a heatingdevice, a controller and a flushing component, and the heating device is used for heating mixture of the rice grains and water, the controller is used for controlling the heating device to heat the mixture of the rice grains and the water to reach a boiling state to leach the starch from the rice grains, the flushing component is used for repeatedly flushing the rice grains by heating water heated by the heating device, so that at least part of starch is removed and leached from the rice grains.
