Abstract

The invention discloses a test device and method for a flammable gas explosion propagation process of a sewage pipe network. The device comprises a vertical pipeline system and a horizontal pipeline system. One side of a vertical pipeline is provided with an ignition rod and the other side is equipped with a pair of pressure / temperature sensors. An explosion venting / blind plate is installed on thetop of the vertical pipe. The horizontal pipeline and the vertical pipeline form closed limited space. One pair of pressure / temperature sensors is installed at the center of the top of each horizontal pipeline respectively. The vertical pipeline is made of a transparent explosion-proof glass material; the horizontal pipeline is provided with a circular transparent window; and high-speed cameras are arranged outsides of parts corresponding to the transparent explosion-proof glass and the circular transparent window. The horizontal pipeline is connected with a pressure gauge, a water inlet / discharge port, a vacuum pump and a combustible gas cylinder. Therefore, the sewage pipe network gas explosion experiments including a vertical well explosion venting experiment and a vertical shaft non-explosion venting experiment can be carried out by simulating the real scene; and the process monitoring of the explosion pressure, temperature and flame can be realized.
