Abstract

Disclosed are a smart card authentication system and method. The system comprises a feeding bin conveying device, a movable feeding bin, an RFID reading device, a PLC control system, a distributing device, a plurality of detection production line, qualified card receiving devices and unqualified card receiving devices, wherein the feeding bin conveying device is used for conveying the movable feeding bin to the distributing device; smart cards are stacked in the movable feeding bin, and attached with first RFID tags storing smart card type information; the RFID reading device is used for detecting the smart card type information in the RFID tags and transmitting the smart card type information to the PLC control system; the PLC control system is used for controlling the distributing deviceaccording to the smart card type information; the distributing device is used for placing the movable feeding bin at the first end of the detection production line for the corresponding smart card type; each detection production line is provided with a corresponding smart card detection device and is configured to detect a smart card and transmit a detection result to the PLC control system; andthe qualified card receiving devices and the unqualified card receiving devices are arranged at the second ends of the detection production lines, are provided with movable discharging bins, and are configured to respectively collect the smart cards which pass the detection and fail the detection to the movable discharging bins under the control of the PLC control system.
