The gaze expectation is a degree to whichthe driver is to gaze a condition around the vehicle. The gaze event is an event identified based on the driving environment information and is an event that increases the gaze expectation. The delaycondition is that the gaze expectation degree exceeds a threshold value or a gaze event exists. When an operation instruction is required, the automatic driving system determines whether the delay condition is satisfied based on the driving environment information.
