Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of hyaluronic acid-based shape memory hydrogel based on solvent induction. An aqueous solution of nano-crystalline cellulose and an aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid react in an acidic steam bath for 5 to 12 hours. The method of the invention effectively utilizes physical cross-linking to realize composite gel preparation of nano-crystalline celluloseand hyaluronic acid, and the prepared composite hydrogel shrinks in shape in tertiary butanol under the influence of the solvent effect to obtain temporarily shaped hydrogel; and the temporarily shaped hydrogel then is put into water and quickly restores the original shape of the hydrogel to achieve the shape memory effect of the hydrogel. The composite hydrogel not only has the relatively high mechanical properties of the nano-crystalline cellulose and the water-retaining functional characteristic of the hyaluronic acid, and no toxic and harmful effects are caused in the whole preparation process; and the preparation method has a wide application prospect in the aspects of drug delivery, material implantation and the like.
