Abstract

Regenerated colormaster batches serve as polyester raw materials, dyeing and finishing are implemented by the T/C blended woven workwear fabric without PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) slurry in the spinning process, and a technological process of dyeing and finishing includes the steps: pretreating; dyeing; post-finishing; fished product preparing. According to the process, the slurry containing PVA is omitted in the spinning process, pretreating difficulty is reduced, the working fluid concentration of a desizing and scouring process is averagely reduced by about 25%, a COD (chemical oxygen demand) value of dischargeof a first rinsing tank is reduced by 40% or more, the process has obvious energy conservation and emission reduction effects, the color master batches serve as the polyester raw materials, a dyeingprocess of disperse dyes is omitted in the dyeing process, production effects are improved, sodium hydrosulfite in the reducing cleaning processes and use of NaOH are reduced, and a finished product has excellent pilling resistance and wrinkle resistance.
