The invention discloses a pilot capability scoring method based on a capability flight training outline, which comprises the following steps: analyzing the capability flight training outline to generate a capability scoring database; creating a pilot database; receiving a scoring request, preprocessing the training score, importing the preprocessed training score into a capability value conversionengine of a corresponding flight training project to convert and generate a score packet in a specified format, and judging the score of each scoring standard item according to the capability value range to which the capability value belongs; and in combination with a preset weight factor, calculating a total score of the flight training project corresponding to the pilot, and recording the totalscore into a pilot database.
