The gas compressor is used for compressing outdoor air, then the compressed air enters the heat exchanger and conducts heat exchange with high-temperature oil liquid of the hydraulic retarder in the heat exchanger, obtained high-temperature high-pressure gas entersthe gas turbine to drive a blade rotor to rotate to output mechanical power, and the generator is driven to generate powder. The temperature of hydraulic oil is detected through the detection device,different loops are started through control over an electromagnetic valve according to different oil temperatures, and therefore the work temperature of hydraulic oil can be improved to a proper temperature.
