The parameter identification method comprises the steps of firstly, determining a to-be-identified parameter; secondly, continuously acquiring running data of a doubly-fed wind power generator model at interval, and building a to-be-identified samplingmatrix; thirdly, solving a rough identification vector according to a first solution formula; taking the rough identification vector as a to-be-identified vector of a (N+1)th item in response to sampling items of the running data less than or equal to M; fourthly, solving a fine identification vector according to a second solution formulae in response to the sampling item of the running data larger than M, and taking the fine identification vector as a to-be-identified vector of the (N+1) item; and sending the to-be-identified vector to a doubly-fed wind power generator controller.
