Abstract

The invention discloses a fixed bed reactor in a grid support particle orderly packing structure. A fixed bed reactor body is provided with an inlet cowling, a housing and an outlet cowling, wherein achannel with a rectangular cross section is arranged in the housing; a grid support particle orderly packing is arranged in the channel; and particles are solid catalyst or reactant particles. The grid support particle orderly packing is a near body centered cubic packing and a near face centered cubic packing. The particles are fixed by a grid support; the grid support is a plate grid structurein which circular or square through holes are regularly distributed; and the grid support is used for quickly obtaining the required particle orderly packing and a grid channel. With the adoption of the fixed bed reactor in the grid support particle orderly packing structure, a reaction under a high-pressure condition can be effectively finished; fluid pumping work in the channel is decreased; andparticle abrasion is reduced.
