The wind power generation pitch-change control system comprises a charging control cabinet and three pitch-change control units connected in parallel, wherein the charging control cabinet comprises a power portion and a control portion, the power portion is integrated with an anti-surge protector, one end of the power portion is connected with a three-phase power line of a main control slip ring of a wind generating set, four direct-current power supplies is output from the other end of the power portion, three of thedirect-current power supplies are connected with super capacitors in the three pitch-change control units correspondingly so as to be used for charging the super capacitors, the other direct-current power supply is used as a backup to be connected with other three direct-current power supplies, the control portion is used for receiving a main control instruction of the wind generating set and issuing control commands to the three pitch-change control units after operation, the three pitch-change control units connected in parallel are used for mutually independently controlling permanent magnet synchronous motors corresponding to the three pitch-change control units, receiving instructions from the charging control cabinet correspondingly and executing pitch-change operation of the wind generating set according to the instructions, so that the independent actions of blades is realized.
