Benefits of technology

This patented system helps create 3 dimensional models that represent physical structures such as buildings or roads without being limited in their ability to change design conditions during production. These models help manage costs while optimizing resource allocation and improving overall performance. They also provide visual representations of these designs allowing them to easily see how they fit together properly. Overall, this system simplifies the planning and execution processes involved in constructing complex objects like those described earlier.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented text relates to improving efficiency during the design phase of constructive works such as those involving steel structures that require accurate measurements from site locations along their lifespan. Existing methods have limitations due to complexity and lengthy steps involved with manually laying up each component layer after it completes its job. Additionally, existing systems may result in materials being left behind or requiring further processing before they become usable again because there were issues with previous designs based upon older technologies like computerized tomography scanning.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of engineering project management, in particular to a digitalized bridge construction system based on the BIM model, which comprises a model establishing module which is used for establishing a bridge BIM three-dimensional model and can establish a topographic model around a bridge and divide the BIM three-dimensional model into a plurality of plate models, wherein the plate models are decomposed into a plurality of part models according to the machining process requirements; an information sharing platform which is used for information sharing among engineering personnel; an engineering operation terminal which is used for formulating a part process, providing a part forming method, simulating splicing and checking errors; and a construction information display terminal which is used for acquiring process information and splicing information of constructors. According to the digitalized bridge construction system based on the BIM model provided by the invention, the plates can be quickly arranged, the material loss is effectively reduced, and the quality and efficiency of constructors in bridge construction can be improved.
